The Board of Regents of the Texas Tech University System has approved for the 2012-13 academic year a tuition-and-fee schedule that reflects a one-point-96 percent increase in overall costs, the lowest increase in 20 years for Angelo State University. Regents kept all fees for the 2012-13 academic year at current levels and approved a designated tuition increase of four dollars 81 cents per semester credit hour for in-state residents. That translates to an increase of just over 72 dollars per semester for the average student.
