PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL TEXAS, INCLUDING THE CONCHO VALLEY, ARE UNDER A FLASH FLOOD WATCH UNTIL 7 O'CLOCK TONIGHT. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAYS A COMBINATION OF GULF MOISTURE, MID AND UPPER LEVEL MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH HURRICANE MANUEL AND A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT ARE RESULTING IN WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE CONCHO VALLEY AND INTERSTATE 10 CORRIDOR. EXPECT ISOLATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS EXCEEDING 5 INCHES.
