Weekend showers increased San Angelo's year-to-date rainfall to
zero-point-five-two inches--just over half an inch--which is more
than 4 inches below normal. Unfortunately, the city's Water Utilities
Department reported that did nothing to raise lake levels. Ivie
Reservoir remains at 12 percent of its capacity, Twin Buttes is down
to two percent and Nasworthy has shrunk to 53 percent.
