Audit Shows Fabricated Expenses Reimbursed to CAC Executive Director

An audit performed for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Tom Green County board members shows improper or fabricated expense reimbursements of about 66-thousand dollars were paid to former executive director, Debra Brown. There were reimbursements for airfare, furniture, clothing and gift cards that C-A-C staff members say were not used for the Center.
