San Angelo's Low Foreclosure Rate One of Best in Nation

Home foreclosures rose again, last year, in the United States. The average rate for a city is five point six percent. But, a study by foreclosure response dot org shows San Angelo has the fifth lowest rate in the country, at one point five percent.
