The San Angelo City Council is expected to announce its city manager selection on September 5th following a two-day interview process that will include an opportunity for the public to meet the finalists. The public is invited to a meet-and-greet session at the McNease Convention Center on Rio Concho Drive, from 6 to 8 PM on September 4th.
The Council will meet in closed session to decide whom to interview during a special meeting at 1 p.m. August 30th at the Convention Center. The new city manager will succeed Harold Dominguez, who joined the City of Longmont, Colorado, as its city manager in March.
