The traffic signal at the intersection of Abe Street and Beauregard Avenue was operational again as of Monday afternoon. The signal was severely damaged by a pickup truck that collided with it early on July 29th. Since then, stop signs have regulated the flow of traffic through the three-way stop. The city says replacing the signal was delayed by the need to order anchor bolts for the signal’s stanchion, drill new holes and pour a new foundation that had to set for 10 days.
