As the local oil business continues to boom, the San Angelo City Council has approved a zoning request that will allow an oil company to grow. The zoning change will allow Oklahoma-based Devon Energy to build a new office complex in south San Angelo. It will go up on five acres between Christoval Road and Highway 87 and is expected to be finished early next year.
