A court hearing is set for next Wednesday for a man indicted on a felony DWI charge. Reports say 29 year old Kindal Dehoyos Porras was indicted by a Tom Green County Grand Jury after he allegedly led police on a chase and a crash damaged a traffic signal box and light. Porras was chased after police were called to a fight at a local restaurant on South Chadbourne Street. on March 9th. If convicted he could face up to 10 years in prison and a hefty fine.
