Portions of west central Texas, including the Concho Valley, are under a hazardous weather outlook. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says thurnderstorms along the I-20 corridor may produce small hall and locally heavy rainfall and minor flooding as they move east of the region this morning. There is a slight risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon, generally along and west of a line from Big Lake to Sonora. The main threats will be large hail and damaging winds.
