Governor Rick Perry says he's better prepared if he decides to run
for president in 2016. Perry told reporters in Washington, DC his
failed 2012 run was "very humbling" and painful. And Perry
admitted he "stepped in it" last week in San Francisco when
he compared homosexuality to alcoholism, but declined to elaborate.
