San Angelo didn't do a great job of saving water on Wednesday. The city consumed 15-point-two million gallons of water compared to 11 million gallons on the same date last year. Under Drought Level Two, outside watering is restricted to once every seven days at no more than an inch. There are no exceptions for new landscapes.
