More than four-thousand people cast ballots in early voting for San Angelo's runoff election. And another 161 ballots have been mailed in. Voters are choosing a mayor and city council members from Single Member Districts One and Five. Election day is this Saturday. Polls will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM.
