Gas prices have been relatively stable recently, but that could change soon. Triple-A is predicting that prices will rise in the spring by as much as 50 cents a gallon. Factors will include refinery maintenance, increased demand and a more expensive fuel blend. Here are the current numbers: nationwide, the average price of regular is three-29 a gallon, down two cents. In Texas, the average for regular is three-07 a gallon, down by one cent. Gas-buddy-dot-com reports the price of regular in San Angelo ranges from three dollars to three-15 a gallon.
