Thursday and the following Thursday, the public is invited to San
Angelo's annual public forums on the city's highest-priority capital
needs. According to Mayor Dwain Morrison, your input is a key
ingredient in the crafting of the city’s five-year capital
improvement plan, which is updated annually. The mayor says the
priorities established in that plan guide the City Council during the
budget process later in the year as it determines how best to spend
the public’s tax dollars. The forum gets underway at 5:30 in
the council chambers at the Convention Center.
