Wastewater Study

The city of San Angelo's wastewater and alternative uses for it will be the subject of an upcoming study.  On Tuesday, the City Council gave its staff approval to negotiate a contract with Alan Plummer Associates to conduct that study.  In other action, the council voted against a request from the City of San Angelo Development Corporation for an economic incentive agreement with Texas Pacifico Railroad.
