Skinner Runs

Philip Skinner put his hat into the ring for the May 10th election. He's filed to be a candidate to fill a two-year term in the Single-Member District 5 seat on the San Angelo City Council. The final day to file for a candidacy on the ballot is Feb. 28th. Candidates can file the necessary paperwork in the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall. In addition to SMD 5, full two-year terms in Single-Member Districts 1 and 3 are up for election.
