Candidates for three San Angelo City Council seats drew for placement on the May 10th ballot Friday morning at City Hall. The candidates' names will appear on the ballot in the following order: In Single-Member District One--Rodney Fleming, Bill Richardson and Trinidad Aguirre Junior, in Single-Member District Three--Eugenio Ismael Garcia, Johnny Silvas and Richard C. Bastardo, Senior and, in Single-Member District Five--Philip Skinner and Elizabeth Grindstaff. The deadline to register to vote in the May 10th election is April 10th.
