Gas prices finished February with the largest increase since July. Triple-A reports that the national average rose 21 days in a row increasing 17 cents per gallon, or five percent, over the course of the month. It was the longest consecutive streak since last February.  As of today, the nationwide average for a gallon of unleaded is three-46, up five cents from a week ago.  In Texas, the statewide average is three-22 a gallon, up two cents.  In San Angelo, gas-buddy-dot-com reports the price of regular ranges from three-13 to three-21 a gallon.
