San Angelo police say they arrested a man early Sunday morning after a high speed chase on the north side of the city. An officer saw the man pull out of an Allsups at a very high rate of speed. He tried to pull the man over and that led to a short chase before the man came to an abrupt stop, narrowly missing a house on north Pope Street. The man fled, but was sniffed out by K-9 units hiding in a shed and gave himself up. 19-year-old Carlos Cabrera Junior was arrested for evading arrest, driving with an invalid license and four county warrants.
