Good news if you're planning to hit the road over the 4th of July weekend--gasoline prices are still going down. According to Triple-A, the statewide average price for regular gas in Texas today is three dollars-16 cents a gallon, six cents lower than it was a week ago. And, a check of gas-buddy-dot-com shows that the price of regular in San Angelo ranges from three-11 to three-19 a gallon.
