The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas including the Concho Valley. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening. The primary hazards will be dangerous cloud to ground lightning and strong, gusty winds.
