Graffiti vandals were at work in San Angelo earlier this week. On Tuesday morning, police got multiple calls reporting vehicles, buildings and a trash dumpster that had been spray-painted, mostly in the area of West Beauregard and South Taylor. Damage eas estimated at four-thousand dollars. Officers located two suspects at the Village Apartments, where they found marijuana and a can of spray paint. 18-year-old Brandon Sanchez was arrested for the graffiti and a 16-year-old girl was charged with possession of marijuana and taken to the Juvenile Justice Center.
