Once again this morning, the National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for an area including the Concho Valley. Areas of light snow or flurries will be possible over western portions of the Concho Valley this morning. Black ice on roadways could produce icy and dangerous conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses. That's until temperatures climb above freezing, which should be around noon.
