If you live in San Angelo, you should feel secure. According to a new study, San Angelo ranks as the 17th most secure place to live among 138 small towns in the United States. The rankings, by the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, take in a number of factors, including as crime, extreme weather, risk of natural disasters, housing depreciation and life expectancy.
