Earlier this week, residents of Robert Lee were boiling water because of a water main break--now, they might be running out of water. To alleviate that situation, the city has contracted with Bronte for water and will be building a 12-mile pipeline to deliver that water. Mayor John Jacobs says the first load of pipe is due in today and construction will start after the first of the year, with completion set for April.
