The First Assistant District Attorney for the 51st District has made it official. On Monday, Allison Palmer filed her application to be placed on the ballot for the office of District Attorney. Palmer has been a prosecutor in the Concho Valley for 16 years, including the last eight under current DA Steve Lupton, who has endorced Palmer to succeed him.
