San Angelo's annual Veterans Day Parade kicks off tomorrow. As always, it's held on the Saturday before Veterans Day and kicks off a week of salutes to Concho Valley veterans and current military personnel. More than a hundred entries will participate in this year's parade, which includes twenty new ones. Grand Marshal is Colonel Mark Damiano, C-O of Goodfellow Air Force Base and the 17th Training Wing. Among many floats will ones reflecting the 175th anniversary of the Texas Revolution and the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. More than five hundred active members of the military are set to march, too, and the Marines will be collecting toys for their annual Toys For Tots campaign. San Angelo's Veterans Day Parade is tomorrow morning at eleven in downtown San Angelo.
