The Children’s Advocacy Center of Tom Green County is celebrating 20 years of helping abused and neglected children in the Concho Valley. The 11th Annual “Champagne and Diamonds” Valentine’s Fundraising Dinner, on Valentine's Day night in the Cactus Hotel.
