The former director of the Children's Advocacy Center, accused of stealing more than 230-thousand dollars from the agency, is scheduled for a plea hearing today in federal court at Lubbock. Neither attorneys for Debra Brown nor officials with the U.S. Attorney's office have commented as to whether this means the case has been resolved.
