Late last night, San Angelo Police said they have located a missing teen for whom they had earlier issued an alert. 14-year-old Emily Miller was located in the 1100 block of East 20th Street in San Angelo after being gone since Sunday night. According to police, Emily is safe and has been returned to a family member.
