San Angelo`s Most Wanted this week is sought for parole violation on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a Tom Green County warrant for felony forgery. 30-year-old Lupe Martinez Chappa Junior--also known as "Guadalupe," is a male, 5-5, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes with tattoos over much of his body.
