Homeowners and tree-trimming companies were busy in San Angelo Tuesday, cutting up and getting rid of branches broken by heavy snowfall. Those branches, falling on power lines, knocked out power to nearly four-thousand AEP Texas customers on Monday but service was restored by Tuesday morning.
