Angelo State University alumnus Kevin Carroll - aka the "Katalyst" - returns to San Angelo this week for a series of speaking engagements. Carroll is a speaker, author and agent for social change who graduated from ASU, served in the Air Force, earned a master's degree and worked for Nike as its "Katalyst." Carroll will speak and sign his book, "Rules of the Rubber Ball," today at 5:30 PM in the Community Room at the Stephens Central Library on West Beauregard Avenue.
