A Concho Valley county has reinstated a burn ban. Officials in Nolan County took that action because of windy and dry conditions. The ban means outdoor burning is not allowed; violators can be charged with a misdemeanor, fined up to 500 dollars and be held liable for any damage caused by a fire.
