Republican gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott is calling expected Democratic opponent Wendy Davis "clueless" about the Texas-Mexico border. Abbott tweeted he's going to publish an editorial in McAllen's "The Monitor" where he'll explain why. Davis criticized Abbott last week for calling parts of the Rio Grande Valley like a "third-world country" for its "creeping corruption." She wants him to apologize.
