A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says a winter weather advisory is in effect with possible snowfall of one to two inches, creating hazardous driving conditions. Wind chill values can drop to near zero degrees. When venturing outside, dress in layers with a hat and gloves. And remember to bring pets indoors and protect outdoor pipes.
