Grindstaff Announces Bid

A second candidate has filed to run for a two-year term in the Single-Member District Five seat on the San Angelo City Council. Elizabeth Grindstaff joins Philip Skinner on the ballot in the May 10th election. Other candidates who have filed include Rodney Fleming, Trinidad Aguirre Junior and Bill Richardson in District One and Richard Bastardo Senior and Johnny Silvas in District Three. Today is the final day to file for a place on the ballot; the deadline to file with the City Clerk's Office on the second floor of City Hall is 5 PM.
