San Angelo police responded at about 1 AM on Thursday to a report of a vehicle burglary at Angelo Place Apartments on Western Court. It began when a witness noticed the dome light on in the victim's vehicle. The witness went and told the victim, who then went to check on his vehicle and, on his way, confronted the suspect. Officers were quickly guided to the suspect, 21-year-old Tony Moses, who was arrested for burglary of a motor vehicle and transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
