Trout in the Concho River

Local anglers will find a new stock of trout in the Concho River.The Texas Parks and Wildlife Fisheries stocked the river with 675 trout in their final stocking of the season. The stocking is part of the Texas Parks and Wildlife's neighborhood fishing program that encourages families to fish for trout during the winter months. Adult anglers are required to have a fishing license... There is no minimum length for the trout and can be harvested at a limit of five per day.
