The city of San Angelo has announced that the annual Fairmount Cemetery Cleanup will take place on Wednesday, January 15th. During the cleanup, city workers will remove flowers and other items from gravesites so they can clean and trim the cemetery grounds. Residents who want to preserve items should remove them from gravesites before January 15th. They can begin returning items to the cemetery on the 21st. Items left at the gravesites will be picked up and held for one week so that residents can get them back.
