After a couple of days of using more water, San Angelo residents and businesses were using less on Tuesday: 10 and a half million gallons of water compared to 11-point-six million on the same date last year. A reminder that San Angelo is under drought restrictions, which limit watering to once every 14 days and no more than one inch per application.
