San Angelo has been using more water lately. On Monday, San Angelo residents and businesses used 11-point-one million gallons of water compared to nine-point-nine million on the same date last year.Sunday, San Angelo used 10-point-nine million gallons of water compared the total a year ago of nine and a half million. The city remains under drougt restrictions--watering is allowed once every 30 days and no more than one inch at a time.
