Several San Angeloans, including City Manager Daniel Valenzuela, are attending the first West Texas Energy Consortium conference and economic impact presentation at Howard College in Big Spring. Attendees will learn about and discuss the economic, education, workforce, community and economic development, infrastructure and public safety issues related to the region's growing oilfield development.
