On Monday night, San Angelo police were informed by Midland police about a stolen silver Camaro that was possibly in San Angelo along with a female suspect identified as 30-year-old Chancee Neatherlin. An officer found the vehicle and pulled it over in the 2300 block of Sherwood Way. The occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody without incident. Police say Neatherlin was the passenger and 41-year-old Armando Ruiz was the driver. A search of the vehicle turned up some 600 dollars in cash along with a digital scale, a glass pipe, and several bags commonly used for illegal narcotics. Neatherlin allegedly had a syringe in her coat and Ruiz had 17 outstanding city arrest warrants.
