Election day in the Concho Valley and just about everywhere, the only decisions voters are making are Yes or No. Those are the options available for the ten 10 propositions on the ballot. All are state constitutional amendments on a variety of changes to law that must be ratified by a popular vote to take effect. The choices for each proposition are "Yes" or "No." Polls open until seven o'clock this evening through the Valley.
