It's too late to vote early but you can still vote on time today--election day. Polls are open from 7 AM to 7 PM with a statewide ballot consisting of 10 proposed amendments to the Texas Consitution. Early voting ran from October 24th through November 4th and, in the state's 15 most populous counties, more than 167-thousand registered voters cast a ballot.
