San Angelo`s Most Wanted this week is a fugitive sought for probation violation--engaging in organized crime, plus three warrants from Tom Green County and another from Lubbock County on various charges. 30-year-old Tanya Raquel Manning is a white female, 5-4, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
