Just in time for the holiday shopping season, a brand new retailer is opening its doors in San Angelo. Marshall's is holding its grand opening this morning at the site of the former Old Navy Store at Sunset Mall. The store manager says they'll be giving away free shopping bags to the first 500 customers. Marshall's features women's, men's and children's clothing, plus home merchandise.
