A freeze warning is in effect this morning for all of West Central Texas, including all of the Concho Valley. The National Weather Service says sub-freezing temperatures are expected with a hard freeze in low-lying areas and river valleys. Most areas will see low temperatures between 28 and 32 degrees but a few locations might drop to the 22 to 25 degree range.
